Whatever the technical domain or the economic sector in which it operates, the cost controller has a goal: respect for the benchmark cost imposed by the conditions of the project.
For the respect of this benchmark, the cost controller must be able to answer each time the following two questions:
- At what total cost of the project we can achieve if we continue as we began?
- What decisions should have the project manager to bring the project within acceptable limits?
For any person with the IPMA Level D (basic knowledge) or executives wishing to have the profile of a project manager.
Participants must have completed course beforehand "fundamental knowledge", Level D (Code: PM-1), or have a minimum experience in project management.
