The cycle is divided into workshops based on field experience at a development of the CMMI model. Exercises, to avoid scenarios and best practices gradually allow the participants to:
- Taming of the key concepts related to the 18 process areas of Level 2 and Level 3 of CMMI model.
- Helping to design processes and tools for each area of process.
- Experience setting work practice by learning the key factors of success and mistakes to avoid
Project managers,
- Developers (functional directors, technical directors, engineers, etc..)
- Members of groups Process Systems and Software (SEPG) leading the process improvement within their organization.
- Managers or Managers (regardless of the level) directly or indirectly involved in overseeing development projects
Knowledge or practical experience in a development system or software in project management or in a team or quality improvement processes facilitates ownership concepts.
Previous training on the CMMI model would be an advantage.
The training includes work requested outside the tutoring (The feedback from participants is consolidated and analyzed at the beginning of each session).
- The support of each workshop will be distributed starting the session.
- A CD will be distributed to participants at the end of the cycle: containing the latest version of the standard CMMI ® for Development, Version 1.2 "and the prototype process documented, templates, questionnaires and evaluation models metrics and tools for Level 2 and 3 of CMMI.
