What is ITIL ?
Information Technology Infrastructure Library is a methodological repository of «best practices applied to the optimal management of the computing services to reduce their costs and improve their contribution to the global turnover.
This represents an essential innovation to the management of the computing services which became a strategic major stake for the modernization of our companies in Tunisia. The certification EXIN of ITIL Foundation values the skills of the co-workers in the computing services as well as those of the users.
It is a stage towards the certification ISO 20000 of their organizations.

What is CMMI ?

The Capability Maturity Model Integration is an interdisciplinary approach covering systems engineering skills and managerial and technical processes. This is a reference model to assess the overall level of organization of an IT company in relation to a metric to use best practices in software engineering and management.
